Residential led mixed use development with associated landscaping and parking at the old Speyside Distillery, 41 Duchess Road, Rutherglen, Glasgow.
Public Exhibition to be held on Tuesday 13th March 2018 between 3:30pm and 7:30pm at the Rutherglen Town Hall (exhibition room), 139 Main Street, Rutherglen, G73 2JJ.
This exhibition relates to a proposal for residential led mixed use development at land at 41 Duchess Road, Rutherglen (old Speyside Distillery). Representatives of the applicant, Heron Property Limited, will be in attendance. It is intended to submit an application for planning permission in principle for the proposed development later in 2018. The exhibition will explain the proposals. There will be opportunity to provide comment on feedback forms at the exhibition or to follow up with comments via email, titled “Duchess Road, Rutherglen” to: consultation@scotthobbsplanning.com. Comments should be received by Friday 16th March 2018. The applicant will take all comments into consideration in progressing the details of the development before submitting the planning application.
There will be a formal opportunity to make representations to South Lanarkshire Council as planning authority once the application has been submitted.
