Notice is hereby given that on 2 July 2021 a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Grange Street Leisure (Kilmarnock) Ltd, (Company Number SC524031), incorporated under the Companies Act and having their registered office at The Garage, Grange Street, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire KA1 2DD ("the Company") craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that the Company, be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff McFarlane, by Interlocutor dated 6 July 2021, meantime appointed Stuart Robb and Michelle Elliot of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh EH12 5HD to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with all the usual powers necessary for the preservation of the assets of the Company and particularly the powers specified in Part II and paragraph 6 of Part III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, and that until the appointment of an Interim Liquidator or the dismissal of the Petition, whichever is the earlier, and ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
