Notice is hereby given that on 17 August 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Shan Macdonald and Peter Keogh craving the Court for an order that Firecrest Motorcycle Outfitters Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC413070 and having its registered office at Mitchells Roberton, George House, 36 North Hanover Street, Glasgow, G1 2AD be wound up by the Court under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, and by first deliverance dated that day, the Sheriff appointed a copy of the Petition and the first deliverance to be intimated on the walls of the Sheriff Court at Glasgow and appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald newspapers and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after advertisement; and in the meantime appointed Annette Menzies, William Duncan (Business Recovery) Ltd, 2nd Floor, 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NU to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986: of all of which notice is hereby given.
