Notice Under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-Application Consultation by
Clyde Dixon Land and Property Limited (the prospective applicant)
Proposed Development at 4-8 Dixon Street, Glasgow
For a proposed 16 storey apart-hotel of 154 rooms with ground floor retail and roof top restaurant.

A public exhibition will be held at the St. Enoch Centre, Glasgow on Thursday 15 March 2018 between 12noon and 7pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 4pm on 29 March 2018 to Young and Gault Architects Ltd at the above address, by post or by email dixonstreet@rypglasgow.co.uk

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
