Notice under regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at site at junction of Clyde Street and Dixon Street, including Custom House and Dixon Street Business Centre, Glasgow for proposed mixed use development including potential for class 1 (shops), 3 (food and drink), 4 (business), 7 (hotels), 9 (houses) along with ancillary development. A public meeting will be held at Unit 49, St Enoch Shopping Centre, Glasgow, on 18th January 2018 12 noon - 5.30pm.
